22M, what procedure would help my prominent eyes/eyelid exposure? (Photos)

I’m a 22 year old South Asian male. Ever since I was a kid people mentioned my prominent/big eyes. While I’ve grown into them somewhat, I wish I had more orbital depth and less upper eyelid exposure at rest. I believe I have a negative orbital vector and some globe prominence. I’ve been considering periorbital filler or fat grafting in the supra and infraorbital regions to create more depth. Would filler be effective with a negative orbital vector or would it look worse? I also have asymmetry, one eye appears larger and more prominent with more scleral show, possibly related to a jaw asymmetry/cant. Would canthopexy help the scleral show on that side?
