If you did have massive weight loss, I would highly suggest having a thigh lift and reduction. Patients with weight loss have elastic skin, which does not bounce back as well with just isolated thigh liposuction. Therefore, in my opinion, you need a more thorough consultation. If you are young, have no history of massive weight loss, do not have inner thigh stretch marks, and good skin elasticity, you will respond well to VASER thigh liposuction. If, however, you are over the age of 35, have stretch marks on your inner thighs, have a history of massive weight loss, and have poor skin elasticity, I would then suggest a thigh lift reduction.
