Is it possible to safely, without much risking necrosis too much, remove the nipple from the other right breast, then reduce and sew the areola in such a way that it is somewhat symmetric with the left areola that has had nipple necrosis? Since there is not a lot of areola on the left breast and I don’t want tattoo, I don’t think nipple reconstruction would look nice? I’d be content with just two symmetric areola’s, there doesn’t necessarily need to be a nipple and I don’t want only one nipple..

No, that incision would not address how the tissue is herniating through to your areolae. The scar would be around your areola at the edge of the pigment. Many ladies heal very nicely with this incision.
Yes, if you can support the breast, it will place less stretch on the areolae and help decrease the risk of widening. The skin of the areola is the most stretchy skin of your breast and is prone to widen over time.
You could try the areolar reduction, but will need permanent sutures. If you are planning on having children soon, then just wait after you had had all the children you want.
