This is minimal asymmetry due to swelling and postoperative scarring, most likely. Placing a nasal silicone splint overnight (available on Amazon) can help this condition without surgery. Good luck.

Your dorsum has a small bump. You also have some fullness of the tip more so asymmetrically more on the right side in your photographs. Straightening the dorsum and refining the tip may improve your appearance. Also, the nasal columella angle go be increased slightly. Best Wishes, Gary...
