Is it possible to correct massive asymmetry in nostrils / lower cartilage following a septoplasty? (Photo)

Had a septoplasty over 2 years ago and my nostrils and lower cartilage and very uneven. They had been before the surgery but seem more pronounced now. Is this correctable via a rhinoplasty? If so, what should I specifically ask from the surgeon?
