19, male. Advice for downturned eyes, negative orbital vector, and poor infraorbitals? (Photos)

I am a 19 year old male from New Zealand, support for procedures I intend to take is not common in NZ so I am more than willing to look overseas. I am seeking advice about my eye area, which has been a long time insecurity and has affected my confidence for a long time. I personally believe (and would appreciate a experts opinion) that I have downturned eyes with a decent bit of lower eye laxity as well as bulging eyes. My plan was originally just fat grafting to deal with the tear trough in my under eyes and some of my upper eye exposure, as well as a canthoplasty to help fix the lower eye laxity. However I am unsure with this plan, i do intend to speak to a proper surgeon or team such as the people at Rattitan but i also appreciate any advice. With the amount of eye projection would something like bulging eye surgery be reasonable? And what would actually be recommended for my eye area. (I am aware of my nose projection and also intend to get it improved, just not the focus at the moment)
