32, female - How can I correct a sad/tired expression from downturned eyes? (Photo)

32 F here. Since I was 17-18, I’ve always wanted to lift the outer corners of my eyes. I’ve been very unhappy with my downturned eyes. To some people, it’s absolutely beautiful. But as I also have droopy eyebrows, it just makes me look sad and tired. Years ago, I was in a really bad place in life with lots of stress, and I lost a significant amount of weight! Unfortunately, this resulted in facial fat loss. My midface got completely flat. The stress also triggered a skin issue, mostly around my eyes. The doctor prescribed me a hormonal cream that, without my knowledge, would thin my skin around my eyes… The result? even less support for my eyes and dark undereyes…. So a year ago, I underwent winged upper bleph (I had asymmetrical hooded eyelids; my dad had the same) and fat grafting, focusing on a tear trough and under-eye fullness. However, I still have negative canthal tilt / droopy eyelids. I’ve been looking a lot online, and I’m still not sure what to do about it. The doctor who performed the procedure recommended an endoscopic browlift, but I said no at the time. I would really appreciate any advice or experiences shared. Thank you so much.
