What I can do to make it appear more feminine without undergoing significant reconstruction? (photo)

I do a lot of facial feminization for women of all types. A side view photo is more valuable in many ways for determining what is helpful. However, you can consider jaw narrowing (perhaps even with just botox injection), an hairline advancement. Again, a side view is more informative.
