You have some options. Cheek implants would add volume and definition to the upper part of your face. It also provides a slight lifting effect to the cheeks as well. Your chin is vertically short, so you may consider a genioplasty. This would bring your chin down, we would bring more balance to your profile, elongate your jawline and soften the chin (remove the "separation'). Jawline contouring may be an option if you are looking to decrease the width of your face and create more of a "v" shape in your jaw and chin.
