Which procedure would help me achieve a more feminine, natural appearing chin? Previously had a failed genioplasty (photo)

I can see from the pictures, that the Genioplasty did not have the positive aesthetic result that you wanted... I think it's important to define the results that you wanted to achieve and my advice would be to reduce the point of the chin and reduce the angle.

This can be done with some Chin Remodelling through an inter-oral incision, in my practice, I often use the Piezotome in order to reduce the bone.
