It all depends what your goals are… If you feel your face is a little too heavy, the first thing I would assess, is your weight overall. Are you planning to lose weight or are you happy with where you stand now. If it’s the former, I would lose your weight, as you are planning to first, and then assess the effects upon your face. Otherwise, if your goals are on the modest side, you may consider selective liposuction, and, dare I say it, buccal fat pad removal (I’m not the biggest fan of this, but it’s a good surgery in selected patients). If you have other ideas in mind, such as addressing your face as a whole, based on your photos, you may consider hyperaesthetic surgery, which, in your case, would may include a rotational endoscopic brow lift, blepharoplasty, lip, reshaping surgery and an endoscopic mid facelift.
