Hello I’ve had a few different procedures for my FFS I’ve had a hair line lowered with brow bone shaving, rhinoplasty and a chin implant as well as buccal fat removal as well as cheek implants. .But I feel like my jaw makes my overall face look heavy and masculine still or I may need another rhinoplasty. Please advice me cause it’s driving me crazy at this point and idk what the actual issue is! I have a large massetter muscle and I believe botox would slim it down. Please advise. Tyty
