4 months post op. Pre Op 32 A , Silicone Unders High Profile 375cc The implants move within pocket but feel very firm when standing straight if i bend over they then become nice and soft. Top of implant is soft and bottom of implant is firmer a bit heavy and much fuller then top. Also the left breast has a tiny bit of pain when moving it.The right nipple sits higher on my breast then the left causing them to seem uneven. Right Breast is smaller -asymmetry prior to surgery
Answer: Implant appearance Your breasts look very nice. All breasts have some asymmetries, some more minor than others. Best to be seen in person with your surgeon if you have an issue.

Answer: Bottom heavy implants four months after breast augmentation Thanks for your questions and photographs. From your photographs alone, it appears that you have achieved a good aesthetic result. Asymetry is very normal and if you had assymetery prior to surgery then you can often expect to have it after surgery. A physical examination would be required to determine whether the tightness and pain is anything significant or simply the implants settling as you become more active. If you have concerns you should have a review with your surgeon.

Answer: Breast implants feel tight and bottom heavy. Nipples are uneven? Appears as a nice result. Before photo comparison would demonstrate the asymmetry of your N/A complexes...

Answer: At 4 months post-op with high profile silicone implants under the muscle, your results look great From the images you have shown, your results look very good. Of course, we don't have the opportunity to examine your breasts, and specifically to feel the capsules to be able to tell whether the "tightness" you are feeling is significant or not. Given that you had asymmetry before surgery, I would expect that you would have it afterward. In fact, sometimes if there was asymmetry of the nipple position before surgery, it can be amplified after surgery as the nipples are forced further outward from the body and potentially farther away from each other. The best thing to do is pay a visit to your surgeon and express all of your concerns to him/her openly. That way he/she can examine you thoroughly and give you a complete assessment of your situation. However, from where I sit right now, based upon the images I see, your results look great.

Answer: Breast implants feel tight and bottom heavy. Nipples are uneven? Your result look very good, I tell all my patient that, " The breasts are sister not twins", so there is always some expected differences in the breasts after surgery because it existed before surgery. It appears form the photos ( which are two-dimensional) that your breast may be starting to "Bottom out", therefore the heavy / tight feel.I would discuss this with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, nothing beats an in pernson evaluation because you can see in three-dimensions and feel the tissues.Good LuckStephen M.
