I had saline implants about 1.5 years ago and since the surgery I've had off and on wheezing. If I reposition myself it goes away. Lungs are clear and blood work as well. I also get lightheaded at times cause it feels like I can't get a normal breath in. Any suggestions?

Answer: Wheezing is not related to breast implants.
Every surgeon will have their own post-op instructions, so it would be best to consult your surgeon before doing something you are unsure of. Although I typically allow my patients to shower the day after surgery, I like my patients to wait 4 weeks before submerging in any body of water...
