Could my implant possibly be causing wheezing that comes and goes in my left lung?

It is highly unlikely you implants have any relation to pulmonary problems.  You should report you symptoms to you internist for work up.

whether this was the case.

consultation with either your plastic surgeon or possibly a chest physician to

two.

I think that it is very unlikely that your symptoms are caused by your implants.  But since it has been going on for quite a while, you should be fully investigated.  Make sure you return back to see your plastic surgeon & also have your GP assess you.  I hope things improve soon.  regards
