Blepharoplasty made my under eye wrinkles worse, What can I do to improve this?

I am sorry your surgery was disappointing.  I recommend that you simply make an appointment and see her in person to discuss your concerns.  It is improbable that she is "ignoring."   However, most surgeons feel they need to see their patients in person to assess what is going on rather than attempting to address issues by email.  I encourage you to go see your surgeon.

Not sure exactly what procedure you had done. "Pinch" blepharoplasty is rather vague but does not appear to involve a formal lower eyelid procedure.  It sounds like you could benefit from a subciliary approach for formal excision of excess skin and possible excess fat from the three different lower eyelid compartments.  I recommend a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to evaluate your condition.
