Jane Olver recommended a pinch blepharoplasty for wrinkles under my eyes when smiling. Two months after the procedure my wrinkles looked worse. I visited her and she told me to give it more time. A year later, my wrinkles are much worse, I also have a lump and flap and my eyes look more hooded (don’t know if this is related). I have sent photos to Jane but she is now simply ignoring all my correspondence and messages. Why didn’t it work? What can I do next?
