hello everyone, I'm a MTF (male-to-female) and was wondering what FFS cosmetic procedures could I do to make myself look passable? In your opinion what FFS procedures should I take into consideration?

You are very lucky as you already have a feminine face. You could have Hairline Lowering with or without a very slight browlift-it doesn’t appear that you need Orbital Bone Reduction. Liposuction of your neck and small cheek implants might help—hard to see on the photos. Most importantly DON...

Although many FFS patients typically have received some hormonal therapy prior to having FFS, it’s perfectly reasonable to have FFS before hormonal therapy as well. Advantage of this approach is it will give you the quickest transformation.
