FFS for the Black MTF TG patient. You need very little since you have a feminine face already. An Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift with Hairline Lowering and possible Orbital Bone Contouring would be the most important step. A rhinoplasty with tip refinement, nostril and nasal with narrowing would be next. If you are mis gendered on the phone the Mayer voice procedure would also be beneficial. Look for an experienced FFS surgeon who can show you dozens of NATURAL RESULTS with the hairline fully exposed without a scar!
