MTF/ 6 month HRT/ Halfway thru electrolysis - From your experience and looking at my starting point, what would be the necessary procedures and steps to achieve this FFS?

FFS for MTF TG.patients. Most importantly based on my 46 years of FFS would be 
1-Hairline Lowering with a Browlift and Orbital Bone Reduction using the Irregular Trichophytic procedure .
2-Rhinoplasty
3-Cheek Implants
There are several other procedures as well but these are ones to start with 
Most importantly look at the surgeon’s reviews and are his results NATURAL as well as feminizing.
