Facial feminization and Botox fillers? (Photo)

I am looking for facial feminization with a couple of questions . I have started really looking into getting this done . What could be done to achieve my goals during my transition . Would it be better to do all at once or can I do a piece by piece type way. 2nd :Can Botox type injections help as a starting point? 3rd I have blue cross of Alabama is there a way to have insurance cover ffs since I have been transitioning for long timeI have noticed insurance started covering these procedures

FFS for the M-F TG patient and where to start. Having been a pioneer in FFS for the past 45 years I believe it is better to not waste money on fillers and Botox in the beginning as you get very little feminization from these. There are some patients that want to go 1-2 procedures at a time because of the cost and others that want to do the whole thing at once. Based on the photos you could start with only a procedure I invented and will greatly feminize your face—the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift with Orbital Bone Contouring and Hairline Lowering. Other procedures can be done at the same time as well. Look for NATURAL results and not the overdone look with close up views of the hairline and NO SCAR should be seen.

Botox in my opinion is meant to treat wrinkles and does not really feminize the face. There are a series of procedures under the category of Facial Feminization that can help feminize the face. Some patients desire doing one at a time but other have multiple procedures done at once. The key is the procedures should be done safely in an efficient manner by a board certified plastic surgeon.
