Can I have FFS before getting on HRT?

I am currently working on getting approved for facial electrolysis. I am thinking about facial feminization surgery after being done with electrolysis. Due to personal reasons and goals, I will be taking hormones after electrolysis and possibly facial feminization surgery. I am taking a different approach in my transition and would like to hear feedback.

FFS. For the TG patient. I have done FFS for 45 years and I  would need to see you to determine if a mini lift would be indicated or a full face/neck lift. A chin reduction and contouring can be done at the same time. Your hollowing can be improved with Volume which lasts 2 years.
