25 year old trans woman I think I have a more androgens appearance at the moment and would like to feminise it a bit. I do have a jaw deformity but i'm never planning on getting that fixed so FFS would have to work around my deformity, I have a severe class 2 division 2 malocclusion. I just want a more feminine look while keeping the jaw deformity. I was thinking of maybe a cheek argumentation and maybe some other changes. the scabbing from a rash from when the photo was taken

You are very lucky as you already have a feminine face. You could have Hairline Lowering with or without a very slight browlift-it doesn’t appear that you need Orbital Bone Reduction. Liposuction of your neck and small cheek implants might help—hard to see on the photos.

While your chin/lower jaw is short that does not need to be corrected as part of FFS surgery if you prefer to keep it. That is your own distinct facia feature which in and of itself is gender neutral. Whether cheek augmentation and possibly forehead reduction would be beneficial requires some computer imagine to see how those type of facial changes look to you.
