25 year old trans woman I think I have a more androgens appearance at the moment and would like to feminise it a bit. I do have a jaw deformity but i'm never planning on getting that fixed so FFS would have to work around my deformity, I have a severe class 2 division 2 malocclusion. I just want a more feminine look while keeping the jaw deformity. I was thinking of maybe a cheek argumentation and maybe some other changes. the scabbing from a rash from when the photo was taken

Although many FFS patients typically have received some hormonal therapy prior to having FFS, it’s perfectly reasonable to have FFS before hormonal therapy as well. Advantage of this approach is it will give you the quickest transformation.
