Buccal fat removal or cheek implants? (Photo)

Question

I highly doubt I will be able to afford both surgeries because I know they compliment each other well. I was wondering which procedure achieves greater results if I had to pick one?? I was thinking of doing buccal first then in the future cheek implants.

Young patient with fullness of the anterior lower cheeks and weak jaw bone could benefit from both buccal fat removal and jaw able implants to achieve a more masculine and chiseled face (see link bellow). If implants might not be an option for X reason, jaw augmentation with fillers is another option

Hello, The procedures that interest you are performed to achieve different objectives. Therefore, your aesthetic priority and budged should determine your decision on what to get first. Usually, Cheek implants would be more expensive, since the cost if the implants themselves would make total cost higher than Buccal fat pad removal.
