I am 28 and have developed a sagging look with a combination of acne scars making grooves under my mouth and just having over large cheeks that are bottom heavy. I was thinking of removing the buccal fat and adding it to the top cheeks & lips, to those groove lines to fill them back out, and getting a mini facelift to address the early formation of "the family jowels" as my mother calls them - to tighten up after the fat removal, and generally uplift my face. Is this the best game plan for me?
