Procedure recommendation for slimming face? (photos)

Hi I'm a 22 yr old Asian mixed female. I've had this fat face all my life, no matter how fit/lean I got. I got this shape from my dad. I really want to slim down my face, in particular, the lower region of my face. I would like something more permanent than Botox. What type of procedures would allow me to get more similar lower face shape look from the last pic I posted?

Thanks for sharing. Based on your photos i feel you would be a good candidate for buccal fat pad removal. This procedure treats "chipmunk cheeks".  It would reduce the fullness on the lower anterior cheek area.  Possibly some chin lipo as well may help.  Consult in person with an experienced board certified facial plastic surgeon to review your options.
