Sorry for the question but it is also important to know, I like to give and receive it* but Im not sure if after one month of surgery I will be able to do it... Im going to visit some doctors next week and def it will be one of my questions...I want to do it so much but Im concerned about the after recovering time, I will look for the best doctor in Barcelona Spain there is where I live and I will post here about it....

In my practice, when patients undergo buccal fat pad removal and would like to reinitiate oral sex, I recommend then to wait until the surgical wounds are completely healed.Oral mucosa heals really fast after a buccal fat pad removal, specially if the wounds are closed with sutures ( some plastic surgeons leave the wounds open to close by themselves, which is also a standard practice). Oral mucosa usually heals in 7 days, some times in a little bit longer time. By 4 weeks most of the surgical wounds are completely healed. In my practice I always check my patients one month after surgery. At that time the wounds inside the mouth are checked again. If they are completely healed, my patients are given the OK to reinitiate their active life without restrictions (e.g.. oral sex)
