Thank you for your question.Tweezing the eyebrows can be done at any point. I would avoid shaving or waxing for at least 6 weeks. You do not want to pull on the skin too much. The sensory nerves are disrupted so the skin in numb, you do not want to risk cutting yourself while shaving. It is best to discuss with your surgeon to see their specific requirements.
I would recommend contacting your surgeon to discuss aftercare questions following your facelift and brow lift. Each surgeon has different preferences in regards to what can be done and when it can be done after surgery. The decision as to when may also depend on your particular healing. In the ideal setting where everything was healing at the best possible, I would say it would be safe to tweeze eyebrows, wax the chin and lip or shave about 2-3 weeks after a facelift and brow lift.
