Ultherapy does not cause fat loss or loss of skin elasticity. If delivered properly, it is a highly effective non-invasive approach for skin lifting and tightening. Results are gradual and natural. Depending on the individual patient, I generally recommend once a year or every 18 mos treatments for maintenance since aging continues. To further optimize results, I add other modes of treatments such as fillers and laser resurfacing. Consult with a board-certified and experienced cosmetic physician.
