So my breast width is 13cm and I’m 5’11 159lbds I’m currently a 32 A/B cup and would like to be a D/DD. I have wide hips 45 inches and a smaller easier at 26 inches. Would like to be an hour glass rather than pear shaped My provider suggested a mid profile 445cc or high profile 450cc. Is that enough? I did the RICE test but not sure how accurate that is. Will 485cc be too big on me and cause complications? Thank you, A

Since your nipple is pierced, it will tend to collect more bacteria than an unpierced nipple. However, you still should be able to have a breast augmentation.
Your surgeon will discuss your goals and take measurements of your body (eg breast width, chest circumference, height, etc). Based on this info, they’ll recommend a range of sizes that may achieve your goals and accommodate your lifestyle. It’s a good idea to bring a bra in the size you’d like ...
I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined and measured, and trying on the range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue. Then, you can see what you like. Every patient has a different idea of what she wants.
