Scar tissue due to being bitten on the nose by a kitten years ago, is there anything to reduce the scar tissue? (photos)

Good Afternoon! Yes, there are options to treat the nasal scarring. If the scar is firm, steroid injections with massaging may be a good starting point to see if improvement is seen. Additionally, if the scar is tethered, subcision with a needle can release the tension. Nanofat injections provide stem cells and growth factors to help improve the scar. Excision of the scar is a last option in my opinion as it can trade a scar for a scar. Lasers and chemical peels may be worth investigating.
