I feel the dorsal hump is getting bigger 5 months POST filler for nose. What should I do? (Photos)

I can't imagine how filler could actually, fair dinkum, make the bump bigger. Psychologically I can definitely understand how it might feel like that though. Looks to me like the filler is still visible in the tip so I'm not sure what happened to the dorsal stuff. I'm presuming you've never taken cocaine, which is one thing that certainly can cause progressive midvault collapse.

I guess the lesson is that filler in the nose is just a tool and just doesn't get the job done always.

Is filler making your dorsal hump bigger? I don’t think the filler has migrated. I think it is simply wearing off and you are seeing and feeling your own bony dorsal hump again. Perhaps with the filler camouflaging the bump for a few months you got used to the look and now feel that the pump is bigger, but I doubt that it really is.
