When can I get fillers after having a rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Question

I had a rhinoplasty 5 weeks ago, i asked for humps to be removed, but it's still very prominent on one side. My nose was deviated to the left, now my tip is turned to the right. My right side looks worse with different angels. I'm very disappointed with the results. i want to wait more that a year before i get a revision, in the meantime i was thinking about getting fillers, how long should i wait? (I don't have much swelling left) and what kind is recommended?

I’m sorry you’re not pleased with the rhinoplasty. Unfortunately fillers aren’t cheap. I would save the money and put it toward the revision

Everyone's nose is very swollen the first 3 months after rhinoplasty surgery. The best way to get advice on your current condition would be to re-ask your question with both before and after photos. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Thanks for posting photos. No HA fillers plan on revision hump rhinoplasty surgery after 6-9 months postoperative. Revision fee $6,000-$10,000. Best to virtual consult with... Sorry for poor results.

I would wait at least 6 months before considering anything. At that point, one needs to reassess the situation. If something is going to be done, I would suggest a Sodium Hyaluronic filler be used very judiciously by an experienced injector as the risk is higher in patients who have had the previous rhinoplasty.
