About four and half hours after Botox injection, I bumped my head on the dresser decently hard -directly at the injection site. Will there be side effects? Should I ice it? There is a small red bump on my head and hurt slightly.

Eek, this is obviously not ideal! Unfortunately, botox treatment is irreversible. You will need to wait up to 3 months until it wears off. I would recommend purchasing eye drops, to help hydrate the eyes for when you wake up.All the best.
