a. The grafts were removed between 11-1 pm in the morning and placed between 2-6 pm, is this period enough for the grafts to remain viable? b. How long does it take for the grafts to get firmly placed? c. I did not wash my hair for 8 days and post 8 days have been applying shampoo foam and let water trickle over it from the back of the head to the front. Is this correct? d.I just touched a few dangling scabs and the hair came out along with the scabs. Have i uprooted the graft from the root?

You do not have to shave the recipient area for an FUE transplant if the existing hair density is low or the amount of grafts is small.Of course, it all comes down to the preference - and the skills - of your surgeon.
