You are still young. So you need a comprehensive workup with a hair restoration professional to see if you need to be on medications and to plan your hair restoration journey.

You can do a FUE to extract  a few hair and implant in those areas,  you should not have any problems and since it's a small procedure the healing is very quick. 

It is probably the scabs and the hair that is attached to scabs are most likely the hair shafts.  This is normal.  The hair shaft falls off with the scabs and the follicle remains under the scalp. It will them start to grow in after a few months. 

It is not unusual for the hair in your grafts to become darker, coarser, and wavy following a transplant.  During a hair transplant, the scalp is traumatized by making multiple incisions.  This trauma releases growth factors that seem to have an influence on the grafted follicles....
