Developed alopecia aerate after FUE near donor area. Dermatologist says apply Provate S lotion at night. Advice? (photos)

After 10 days of FUE hair transplant, i started developing small alopecia aerate (hair fall) near donor area. What should i do?. My dermatologist says after looking at my pics that I should just apply Provate S lotion at night only. Will this portion of alopecia aerate have hairs again or will it spread more?. Whats treatment in general or precautions are recommended.

It is normal to lose transplanted hairs days to weeks after surgery.  It may take 6 to 12 months to see new hairs grow out.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative issues as each doctor has their unique technique.  In general, front hair line is created with single hair grafts.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  There isn't much you can do at this point.  The best thing is to go back and see your doctor for a proper examination.

Shock hair loss after a hair transplant is always a risk so you need to see a doctor for an exam to understand it better for your particular case.  Photos cannot predict shock hair loss. Choi implanters do not prevent or alleviate shock loss risk.
