Developed alopecia aerate after FUE near donor area. Dermatologist says apply Provate S lotion at night. Advice? (photos)

After 10 days of FUE hair transplant, i started developing small alopecia aerate (hair fall) near donor area. What should i do?. My dermatologist says after looking at my pics that I should just apply Provate S lotion at night only. Will this portion of alopecia aerate have hairs again or will it spread more?. Whats treatment in general or precautions are recommended.

Alopecia areata can affect any area including the hair line and hair transplant surgery is not usually indicated.  At this point, you should follow up with your doctor.

I would hope that your doctor perfomed a biopsy to make this diagnosis as diffuse is areata is rare
