It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative issues as each doctor has their unique technique.  In general, front hair line is created with single hair grafts.

I would be concerned too if I were you. The solution is simple. Wait for the hair to grow and then go back to your surgeon and ask him/her to transplant 300-450 single grafts to mask and blend the unnatural hairline. The darkness she thickness will also not change.

Your concern is valid. At this point wait (10-12 months) for the outcome of the hair transplant procedure and judge the naturalness of the results at that time and review with your doctor.
