Post FUE 10 days, concern on blind pimple formed on my transplant area and no hair is seen. Suspect there is ingrown hair in it?

After FUE (10 days later), i see an blind pimple on my transplant area and there is no hair seen which i suspect there is ingrown hair in it. Will the hair root implanted to this spot become "dead" and resulted in no hair grown in the coming months?
