Is bruising and swelling of right eye due to microneedling or the thread lift? (Photos)

Question

I got microneedling of face by scarlet machine and the next day got thread facelift, both the procedures were also done 4 months back. But unfortunately this time my right eye has bruised as if someone has punched and the swelling is not subsiding, I am doing cold sponging the bruise is red from blue but what to do about swelling when will it go? It's because of threadlift or microneedling? Brand name of threads was silhouette soft

Thank you for posting your photographs.
It is unlikely that bruising has been caused by micro-needling.
Bruising can occur when Silhouette Soft threads are inserted and it appears that in your case this has happened near to the exit points in the temporal area, close to the hairline. Internal bleeding can spread to the eye and cause the bruising around the eye.
However, although it looks unsightly, it will resolve. I recommend that you take Arnica for 4-5 days and this will help the bruising to go more quickly.

Thank you for your photos. It is unlikely that this bruising
is from Silhouette Soft threads. It is a bit unclear from your question when
you last had a treatment to get this result and what treatment it actually was?
You mention that both procedures were done 4 months ago?  This latent bruising will be from another
procedure. Have you contacted the doctor who carried out the treatment?
I am unable to give you specifics at this time as I am
little confused as to why you have this bruising and in particular for the
right eye only.
