Can Silhouette Soft Thread Lift be applied to my face that already have many kinds of filler (Scruptra, Voluma, Juvederm).

Thank you for your question. I am a UK trainer on Silhouette Soft and
have had extensive experience with the treatment. Given the concerns you have
shared; I would suggest that Silhouette Soft would be a great treatment for you
to consider. The treatment lifts sagging skin and helps to bring back
definition to the face, and is highly effective in treating jowls and
nasolabial folds. The treatment delivers both immediate and gradual results,
meaning that you’ll notice a difference in your sagging skin straight away, but
over the next few months it will stimulate your body’s own collagen production
meaning the results will get even better.
Silhouette Soft can be carried out after having fillers; in fact, in some
instances we suggest that filler treatment, particularly Ellanse, ahead of
Silhouette Soft can enhance the overall result.
 Because you have had several types of dermal filler treatment in the past
your treating clinician will need to take extra care when inserting the threads
as these fillers can cause the tissues beneath the skin to thicken, however it
is eminently possible to do this.
 
With regards to your concerns with dark circle and eye bags, Silhouette
Soft would not address this. I would suggest you consider tear trough treatment
with an HA filler, such as Perfectha.

you for your question. Indeed, a Silhouette Soft lift can be carried out after
having fillers. Sometimes having fillers pre threadlift can be of benefit as
they stimulate collagen synthesis. Silhouette Soft is a really excellent
non-surgical step to consider instead of surgery and would be ideal to tackle
the folds around your nose and your sagging jowls. I often treat patients with
a combination of Silhouette Soft and Ellanse, a collagen stimulating dermal
filler from the same treatment stable.
 
With
note for your dark circles and hollows under your eyes, a dermal filler that is
designed to treat this area, such as Perfectha, will help so your eyes look
more refreshed and rejuvenated. Excess lid laxity can be addressed using
radiofrequency treatments such as Endymed which avoids a surgical approach.
Results can take up to 3 months to be seen.

Silhouette Soft treatment can be carried out when fillers have been used previously. Indeed it is often beneficial to have had fillers before silhouette because of the collagen stimulating effect. Silhouette Soft is designed to address skin laxity, particularly in the mid and lower face and to give an increase in the contour of the cheeks.
If your main concerns are the hollows below the eyes resulting in dark circles, these can be improved by having a soft filler treatment to the tear troughs (the lid/cheek junction). Eyebags are more difficult to treat non-surgically and so a surgical procedure should be considered. If there is laxity and excess skin below the eyebrows, this can be improved using devices such as Plasmage, which tightens the skin using the latest plasma technology, if you do not wish to have a surgical blepharoplasty.
So I would recommend that you consult your aesthetic doctor and possibly a cosmetic surgeon, to consider all the options before making a decision.
