I need to re-widen my nose, as well as restore (three millimeters) of height back to my bridge. Now can a coastal graft be used as a spreader graft, with a DCF onlay graft (either composed of ear or septal cartilage wrapped in fascia) placed upon it? I also need to restore the cephalic tip, can this be accomplished with ear or septum cartilage?
