2 years after rhinoplasty, painful bump on my nose. What could it be? Options? (photos)

I did the rhinoplasty 2 years ago. I don't remember when I felt the bump on my nose for the first time, but it was definitely more than a year ago. It's really tiny (On the right side of the middle) and not that visible, but it is really painful to touch it. When I told my doctor about my concerns, he suggested me to use lokoid + kelofibraze + lioton during ultrasound procedure. He also told me that "it is not a big deal" (however, he didn't conduct any tests/diagnostics). I did it myself by means of Zemits ultraglow led system, but afterall I felt more pain. What could it be?

The arrow appears to be below the visible profile bump, and on front view, the arrow appears to point to a piece of your right "upper lateral cartilage" or nasal sidewall. Occasionally people can develop edges of bone or cartilage that can cause discomfort, typically when applying pressure or when wearing glasses. In our practice, we have had limited success by adding a few droplets of Silikon-1000 to add cushioning over the tender area. This may also have the added benefit of camouflaging your visible dorsal bump. Hope this is helpful for you. Dr Joseph
