Answer: Pain in breast Some discomfort is normal with breast augmentation and things often get better with time. If concerned check with your surgeon.

Answer: Asymmetric breast pain after surgery This is quite normal. Whenever we do surgery on two areas (breasts, eyes, ears, hips etc) people tend to compare how each side heals. However, the two sides of your body rarely heal at the same rate...one side may swell more, one side may heal faster, one side may be more painful. This may go on for months.Your pain appears to be related to a nerve that is in the lower outside of your breast and is frequently painful early after surgery. The tenderness here generally resolves with time, but wearing good support so that the implant does not rest on it during the day and using a warm compress at night may help relieve the discomfort. Ask your doctor if an antiinflammatory medication is indicated for you as well.
