Can you ride water slides (water park) 10 months after rhinoplasty?

Hello doctors, I had my open rhinoplasty 10 months ago, and I have thick skin so it will take longer for my nose to fully recover ( even maybe more than 1 year) So is it ok for me to swim in the pool full of chlorine and chemical stuff, and most important will something happened if I ride the water slides especially because they have a strong water pressure that will hit your face when u ride them? did I ruined my nose when i tried those thing or is it safe for my to try them at 10 months post?

10 months after rhinoplasty surgery, your nose is nearly completely healed. A wave of water to your face should not cause any problems insofar as breaking your nose. If you accidentally get kicked in the nose while at a water park, that could cause a problem. I hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

No problem with water slides. Water on the outside of your nose, or inside, even under pressure, should be no problem 6 weeks after a Rhinoplasty.The only problem would be hitting your nose on the side wall , or on the bottom of the pool, but at 1o months even that should not be a problem. Your nose might fracture more easily than if you hadn't had surgery,

You can go to the pool and water slides but it's important avoid hits or falls directly in the nose. You may do normal shower and normal swimming pool after 3 months post op. Greetings.
