Is pain, heaviness and palpitations in the chest normal with implants? Had heart checked. I've had saline implants for 8 yrss.

the pain felt like mastitis.no red hot spot, breast looked normal.been getting palpitations,(feels like mastitis goes away in a few weeks)it's hard to see my doctor.by the time my appointment comes around there is almost or little pain.In the last three months I have had attacks where it feels like I can't take a breath in and that something very heavy is on my chest.2 mins. to 2 hrs.I have an appointment booked,but not for another 3 weeks.Should I go to the walk in clinic?

It is difficult to say exaclty what a burning sensation is in an augmented breast. A physical exam is the best way to work towards a diagnosis.  Good lcuk.

Ruptured breast implants should be replaced in a timely fashion.  There is no exact time when they need to be replaced if ruptured.  If implants are saline then the saltwater is absorbed into your body.  There is no hurry to remove saline implants, but you will undoubtedly have...

I is difficult from your photos to really evaluate what is going on.  However, going by your comment of a "flipped implant" usually surgery is the only answer. If this is from a shaped implant, then some pocket(capsule) adjustment would be necessary to prevent this from recurring.  If...
