Ruptured breast implants should be replaced in a timely fashion. There is no exact time when they need to be replaced if ruptured. If implants are saline then the saltwater is absorbed into your body. There is no hurry to remove saline implants, but you will undoubtedly have loss of volume in the breast where there is a ruptured implant. If your implants are silicone then you should have them removed and replaced in a more timely fashion. The silicone will stay in the scar tissue capsule that your body has made around the implant but your breast may change shape and become harder. There are cases where the ruptured silicone gel can migrate outside of the capsule and form small scar cysts called ganulomas that are can be more of an involved procedure to remove. Good luck to you, Gaurav Bharti
I think that it is better to treat the ruptured implants sooner than later. If they are silicone and have leaked outside the capsule, this too can make it a bit more difficult. Good luck.
Rupture of breast implants is a serious issue and needs to be addressed ASAP. This applies to all implants, saline as well as silicone.

And I would suggest you see your surgeon to be evaluated for a possible early contracture. There are some unproven modalities that may be pursued so let your surgeon guide you through your healing.
