I work in a night club and through the nature of my job I lift bottles ( 1-2 liters) in a fast pace throughout the night all the time. In about two weeks time I will have my breast augmentation done in the same time with liposuction on my back and front. How long do I need to wait until I can come back to work? Thank you kindly, M

Answer: How long a bartender need to wait until getting back to work after a breast augmentation procedure? Your plastic surgeon alone should be your resource when it comes to determining the return to specific activities after the specific procedures performed. He/she will know exactly how you are progressing and whether or not you have experienced any complications. Remember, that he/she is ultimately responsible for your care. Having said that, most patients in your situation (relatively strenuous or fast paced work) are able to return to work approximately 10 days to weeks after the procedure was performed. Best wishes.
