How to remove the double crease under the butt after a lipo? (Photos)

I got lipo on my inner and outer thighs, and the doctor convinced me to do the banana roll. It created a double butt crease, and it also causes dimpling. What can be done to fix this? It really bothers me a lot.

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos, your problem areas that I see is the cellulite dimpling of the skin seen in all the photos posted. Further liposuction or excisional surgery will not correct this. To create a nice and smooth shape to the buttocks, I recommend the GoldIncision method to detach the fibrous adhesions and inject biostimulators at the same time. This is done awake, standing under local anesthesia only. This technique provides long lasting results. See a board certified plastic surgeon who is trained in this technique. The double crease means you have too much skin and not enough volume. The only technique to correct this would be to remove the excess skin. This would require a buttocks lift. You cannot put a direct incision over the area as the wound would come apart and also leave an unsightly scar.
