Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos, your problem areas that I see is the cellulite dimpling of the skin seen in all the photos posted. Further liposuction or excisional surgery will not correct this. To create a nice and smooth shape to the buttocks, I recommend the GoldIncision method to detach the fibrous adhesions and inject biostimulators at the same time. The double crease means you have too much skin and not enough volume. The only technique to correct this would be to remove the excess skin. This would require a buttocks lift. You cannot put a direct incision over the area as the wound would come apart and also leave an unsightly scar.
