1. Subcision
Minimally invasive technique that uses a needle to release fibrous bands under the skin.
Especially good for lumpy or tethered areas after lipo.
Can be done with or without filler/fat grafting afterward.

2. Radiesse or Sculptra Injections
Radiesse: can help smooth and volumize dented areas.
Sculptra: stimulates collagen over time; multiple sessions usually needed.

3. Nano-fat or Micro-fat Grafting
Harvests your own fat and injects it into the uneven areas.
Helps improve contour and skin texture.
Often used with subcision or laser treatments for better results.

4. Morpheus8 or Profound RF (Radiofrequency Microneedling)
Deep radiofrequency tightens skin and improves texture.
Helps soften lumps, thicken skin, and smooth irregularities over time.

5. Acoustic Wave Therapy (AWT)
Uses sound waves to improve circulation and smooth fibrous tissue.
Non-invasive and usually done in a series.
