Indentations around the thighs - Tried liposuction and Cellulaze. Any other options? (photo)

I had liposuction and have also had Cellulaze to help fix the indentations around the left and right edges of the top of my thighs/edge bottom. I also have regular monthly Velahape laser massages. It's Particularly lumpy on the left. Is there anything else anyone can recommend to help smooth my skin as nothing seems to fix it completely.

Deep radiofrequency tightens skin and improves texture.
Helps soften lumps, thicken skin, and smooth irregularities over time.

5. Acoustic Wave Therapy (AWT)
Uses sound waves to improve circulation and smooth fibrous tissue.
Non-invasive and usually done in a series.
