I'm transgender with a 38a band size , i have a very wide chest , i just wanna know what implant diameter suit my chest , i been eyeing motiva ergonomic round demi profile 625c and mentor smooth round moderate plus 700cc , does these two suit me , my goal is to have fat cleavage i don't really care about projection
Answer: Ans: Transgender with a 38a band size - What implant cc would suit me? (Photos) For a 38A band size and wide chest, both the Motiva Demi 625cc and Mentor Moderate Plus 700cc have base widths around 14.4–15 cm, which is appropriate for achieving cleavage on a wide chest. Since your goal is fullness over projection, either could work—but surgical technique and anatomy (like muscle insertions) matter too. A consult with a surgeon will help fine-tune the best match.

Answer: Breast Implant Thank you for your question. A thorough in-person evaluation is essential to determine whether the Motiva Ergonomix Demi 625cc or the Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus 700cc implant is the right choice for your goals and body type. Your 38A band size and wide chest suggest that a broader implant diameter may be appropriate to achieve the desired cleavage. However, selecting the ideal implant also requires considering factors such as your chest wall width, skin quality, tissue thickness, and rib cage shape, which cannot be fully assessed through photos or statistics alone. An experienced surgeon will measure your base width, evaluate your soft tissue characteristics, and discuss how different implant sizes, profiles, and placements will affect your cleavage and long-term results.

Answer: Implant size Dear Zilaomiza, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements. Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match. Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Size I suggest meeting with a board-certified plastic surgeon who does transgender surgeries, being examined and measured, and trying on a variety of sizes that fits your frame and tissue to see what you like. You may find that you do not like the weight of large implants and a smaller size, like 450-550 cc's, works well for you.

Answer: Selecting an implant Selecting an implant is a complex process. In addition to volume you also must consider type, shape, and style. The best place to do this is during a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. During this visit you will discuss your surgical goals and measurements will be taken. This is different than bra measurements. Your surgeon will then recommend implants that are best for you. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.
