Hello. I had ba in 2021. I had visible rippling followed by deformities and discomfort in pec during chores and workouts. I attributed this to capsular contracture and per Md underwent a round of montelukesat. Right before surgery the md performed drawings and decided to make left higher than the right. I was going to get a revision but with family planning and anxiety I put it off. I now have an almost one year old and the left boob is still higher and weird (and daughter has preference to right boob for breastfeeding/seldom feed from left). I question if it is more placement and small pocket or if it is true capsular contracture. Any thoughts?

The optimal timing of cosmetic surgery of any kind will vary from individual to individual.
The being said, patients should be healthy and have reached a healthy stable weight at which they are happy (as post op weight changes can alter results).

Dental work typically results in a transient bacteremia.
This is a risk of contamination of the implants in the early post operative period. Once the capsule is well established this is less of a concern (greater than 6 months).
That being said, I still recommend peri-procedural antibiotics...
