Hello. I had ba in 2021. I had visible rippling followed by deformities and discomfort in pec during chores and workouts. I attributed this to capsular contracture and per Md underwent a round of montelukesat. Right before surgery the md performed drawings and decided to make left higher than the right. I was going to get a revision but with family planning and anxiety I put it off. I now have an almost one year old and the left boob is still higher and weird (and daughter has preference to right boob for breastfeeding/seldom feed from left). I question if it is more placement and small pocket or if it is true capsular contracture. Any thoughts?

Hi, I want to state that, it’s not expected that breast augmentation affect the breastfeeding. Breast augmentation will increase your self confidence, so if you think self confidence would make difference in your life there is no reason to postpone until after the childbirth.
Dear ovirivahine,
every plastic surgeon has his own postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

Breast implant size is a personal decision. Discuss your goals with your plastic surgeon and ask if they have sizers you can try on. Sizers are a good tool to help you determine what size implants are best for you.
Best of luck!
